Tress Salon Late Arrivals, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:

  1. Late Arrivals:

    • Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. However, please note that this charge does not guarantee that your appointment will be honored. Your stylist may not be able to see you due to the delay.

  2. Cancellations and No-Shows:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

    • If a client is a no-show for an appointment, they will be required to pay a deposit of up to 50% of their service price when booking any future appointments.

By booking an appointment at Tress Salon, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation and No-Show Policy. You authorize Tress Salon to charge your credit card a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service value for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows.

To avoid any misunderstandings, please review our policy carefully. We will send a confirmation email for every appointment that includes a link to our full policy. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms.
